OUR CLIENT





This highly successful business is now in it's 10th year of trading. They provide Total Business Solutions to many of the leading UK, I.T, Banking, Finance and Retail organisations. They operate in Perm Recruitment, Contract and Managed Services sector.





ROLE





You will be working in the commercial sector, with the full responsibility for the Sales and Service delivery of your own desk. Prospecting, tendering and agreeing terms of business, followed by advertising, recruiting, selecting and matching candidates will all be skills and attributes you are competent and confident at fulfilling.





IDEAL CANDIDATE





**Have a minimum 12 months experience in the Recruitment Industry

** Have a track record within recruitment and be able to demonstrate successful billings

**Genuinely motivated by working in an environment that rewards successful employees with very generous commission payments

** Be articulate, confident, work to a consistent high standard, work well under pressure, can prioritise and be self motivated

** You will be wanting to take home more commission than your current employer
