THE ROLE







As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for finding roles for candidates within the Industrial sector. You will place advertisements to attract candidates, and liaise efficiently with them throughout the whole interview process through to placement.



In addition to this, you will obviously liaise with clients on a daily basis ensuring excellent customer service. You will manage existing client relationships, as well as building relationships with new clients to drive the Industrial sector forward.







THE IDEAL CANDIDATE







**Excellent track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant – ideally 18 months experience, and within the Industrial sector

**Have an ability to build relationships with candidates and clients

**Ability to hit the ground running, and relish the challenge of building up a desk and making it your own.

**Not be afraid of picking up the phone to win new business

**Smart and professional with an excellent and confident telephone manner

**Must have worked in a Recruitment Agency environment

**Current full UK driving licence essential!!!
