THE COMPANY



A rapid growing Company who have achieved excellent growth over the last 12 months, with new branch openings contributing to 50 locations across the U.K. and turnover rapidly growing due to the success in the Industrial, Driving and Commercial Recruitment Sectors. They are now looking to further develop their Commercial Sector, with a big focus on this in 2008!!!!!!



THE ROLE



A very established Branch with an excellent reputation in the Marketplace and an excellent, friendly, team. There is an enormous amount of Industrial business going through the branch, so someone is required to run purely the Commercial aspect.



You are required to head up and lead the Commercial Sector of this branch and will have responsibility and accountability for this. You will manage a small but successful team and build on the existing Commercial business already in the branch. You will be ambitious, self motivated and confident in delivering a high standard of service to both Clients and Candidates. The role will involve telesales, face-to-face sales and delivering a quality service to clients. You will be a key player at this exciting time, and have a real chance to shine and stand out above the rest!!!!



THE IDEAL CANDIDATE



SENIOR CONSULTANT-

• Stable history of being a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant, with the ability to hit the ground running.

• Local area knowledge would be advantageous

• Commercial sector experience would be desirable, however other recruitment sectors will also be considered

• An excellent Sales ability with the drive and motivation to win new business

• Able to motivate, train and develop your team

• Confident and ambitious, and able to deal with people both face to face and over the telephone.

• Full current UK Driving License





TEAM LEADER-

• Stable history of being a Senior Consultant / Team Leader with the ability to hit the ground running.

• Local area knowledge would be advantageous

• Commercial sector experience would be desirable, however other recruitment sectors will also be considered

• An excellent Sales ability with the drive and motivation to win new business
